OpenDoors recognizes that finding affordable housing can be one of the biggest obstacles faced by formerly incarcerated individuals. We offer over 300 beds between various housing programs, including group shelters, transitional recovery houses, and permanent supportive housing.

The group shelter beds are free and the most accessible. For some individuals, our transitional housing beds are also free or subsidized. We also offer self-pay beds for $400-$600 per month.

Grant-funded recovery housing beds are assigned through the 942-STOP system and have a low availability due to demand. Our self-pay recovery housing beds are more likely to be available.

OpenDoors’ permanent supportive housing can be applied for in person and has a waitlist of approximately three years.
