OpenDoors is supported by individual, government, and foundation grants. Please consider donating, as every donation helps us continue to fund and expand our services.

We are raising funds to purchase necessities for the people we serve such as winter supplies, tents, sleeping bags, food, and emergency rental assistance. 100% of your donations will go directly for these necessities for people that are coming out of prison, living in our shelters, or struggling with homelessness.

Donate to help support our campaign to reform solitary confinement in RI. Funds go to our outreach and organizing work, which is run by survivors of solitary confinement.

We can accept the following items:

  • Winter coats

  • New clothing

  • Hygiene products

  • Blankets

  • Sleeping bags

  • Tents

  • Body warmers

  • Ready-to-eat nonperishable food
